What salary can I expect?Salary is only part of the overall benefits package. Still, our salaries are designed to be very competitive, and we will discuss the basis for the offer during the interview. We want you to understand and feel valued by the firm.

Can I be involved in deciding who my mentor is?Yes. We want to work with you to understand your goals and find the best person we mutually agree will benefit you. Changing mentors or adding an individual to your advisory team may be appropriate as your career progresses.

What will onboarding look like?Your onboarding experience includes technical and “soft skills” training required to be successful in your position. You will be assigned to jobs focused on your skill level and receive mentorship guidance to ensure you have a good understanding of your objectives and plan of execution. We will be there to answer any questions along the way.

What are the various options for health care?
You have a choice of Point of Services (POS), High-Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HDHP/HAS), or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) medical insurance plan (options vary by state). The premiums are 100% paid for by the firm for the employee, including employer contributions towards the cost of the deductible. You can add spouse and dependents for an additional cost.

What is the dress code?
At Saggar and Rosenberg, our culture drives our success, and when you are comfortable, you can provide the best service to our clients. As a result, we have implemented a relaxed dress code. "Dress For Your Day" allows you to choose the appropriate attire for the business of each workday.
